Delete your Ask Crump account

You can permanently delete your account without contacting support. The same deletion control is available in the web app and the installed iOS or Android app.

  1. Open Ask Crump and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm.
Deletion removes your primary account record, synchronized conversations, settings, usage records, and active Ask Crump sessions. This cannot be undone. Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions must also be canceled in the applicable store to prevent renewal.
