3. Service Description

Ask Crump is an AI-powered virtual assistant that provides:

• Web search capabilities via Brave Search API
• Image generation via Pollinations AI
• Voice input/output functionality
• Autonomous messaging and proactive assistance
• Chat management and memory systems

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Ask Crump in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the service
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not use the service to generate CSAM, terrorist content, or other illegal material
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff
• Verify critical information from authoritative sources

5. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

6. Subscription and Payment

Tiers: Ask Crump offers Free, Pro, and Premium tiers with different features and usage limits.

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered for 6 months.

7. Usage Limits and Rate Limiting

Each tier has message limits:

• Free: 50 messages per day
• Pro: 500 messages per day
• Premium: Unlimited messages

We reserve the right to implement additional rate limits to prevent abuse or ensure service stability.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Ask Crump, the N² Engine, and all related branding are owned by Gregory D. Crump Jr.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your input and conversations. By using the service, you grant us a license to process your inputs to provide the service.

AI-Generated Content: Ownership of AI-generated content is complex. You may use AI outputs for personal and commercial purposes, but we make no warranties about originality or copyright status.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

12. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service
• Change pricing, usage limits, or terms
• Terminate accounts that violate these terms

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance and outages may occur.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ask Crump, Gregory D. Crump Jr., and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia, not through class-action lawsuits.
